This is one of those recipes that is so easy to make that i would call it more of a suggestion rather than a recipe. It’s so quick and easy to make and leaves you feeling so satisfied. You can use also use sea bass fillets or any other white fish fillets. As with any fish recipe the most important part is the actual fish quality. It needs to be super fresh. There are certain things you need to look out for to ensure your fish is fresh. The fish needs to have no fishy smell at all but should rather smell of the sea. Clear eyes and should be stiff and not floppy when handled.
